Calling all scuba divers, freedivers and snorkelers!
Did you enjoy a diving adventure this weekend? We want to hear about it! Whether you explored a new dive spot or revisited an old favorite, share your visibility report to let others know how it was. Each report helps us refine our algorithm and get closer to launching Version 3.
At the time of writing (29 July) we need 243 reports to help us get to version 3!
Your visibility reports matter
Our goal is to create the most accurate underwater visibility forecasting tool for divers across the UK. To achieve this, we need as many visibility reports as possible from real divers like you. Your contributions will directly improve the accuracy of our predictions, ensuring that all divers have the best information for planning their dives.
How your dive reports help
Refine the algorithm: Each visibility report you submit helps us analyze and compare against our current model. This feedback is essential for improving the next version of our algorithm.
Enhance accuracy: By providing data from various dive spots and conditions, you help us fine-tune our predictions to be more reliable and precise.
Support the diving community: Your reports don't just help us; they help fellow divers make informed decisions about their dives, enhancing safety and enjoyment for everyone.
