In 2025, our divers reported conditions ranging from “flat calm and crystal clear” to “milky,” “snotty,” “Baltic,” and the unforgettable “couldn’t see the end of my speargun” (sometimes also missing a fin!). Visibility bounced between “5–6m” , “better than expected” , and “below 1m… ambient light lost” , sometimes with “lots of sediment” , “algae bloom” or “loads of suspended particles” just to keep things spicy. The sea was frequently “very calm” , occasionally “bumpy”
